Description
FEATURES:
- Excellent adhesion and filling properties.
- Great mounting capability and stability.
- Yields up to 45 liters, depending on moisture and temperature.
- Adheres well to many surfaces (except Teflon, PE, PP).
- High filling capacity.
- High thermal and acoustic insulation value.
- Once dried, the foam can be cut, sanded, painted, and plastered.
- Does not shrink, resistant to mold, and waterproof.
- Contains no propellant gases that could harm the ozone layer.
- Classified as B3 according to DIN 4102 standard.
APPLICATION AREAS:
- For the installation and insulation of door and window frames.
- For filling gaps, large cracks, and holes, and for insulation.
- For heat and sound insulation.
- For the insulation of electrical installations and hot and cold water pipes.
- As a general-purpose filler, adhesive, and insulating material.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Surfaces to be applied should be free of dust and grease.
- During application, the can and ambient temperature should be between -2°C and +30°C.
- For best results, the can and ambient temperature should be between +20°C and +25°C.
- Shake the can thoroughly after attaching it to the gun valve.
- Hold the can upside down and press the trigger to release the foam.
- Since the foam will expand during curing, fill gaps only partially.
- Moistening the surfaces just before and after application speeds up curing and increases adhesion strength.
- Uncured foam can be cleaned with BAUTECH Foam Cleaner.
